Lors d’une commande en 2016 j’avais reçu exactement les bonnes ampoules conseillé sur un forum qui etait de très bonne qualité et qui rentrait parfaitement dans l’emplacement de mes phares comme les ampoules d’origine. 2 ans plus tard une ampoule tombe en panne je recommande exactement la même référence le même lot de 2 me disant que j’en aurait une d’avance et ayant été très satisfait auparavant je commande les yeux fermés Visiblement en 2 ans il y’a du avoir un changement de fournisseur car dès l’ouvert du colis j’ai compris que c’était le debut de la galère visuellement les ampoules n’etait pas de la même couleur au niveau du plastique et le joint etait beaucoup trop gros. Donc résultat impossible de les faire rentrer dans le phare heureusement je suis bricoleur en enlevant le joint (plus d’etancheité du coup) et en enlevant un peu de plastique elle rentre en forçant un peu. 38€ pour 2 ampoules qui visiblement sont de très mauvaise qualité et surtout pas compatible dommage d’avoir changé de fournisseur je ne recommanderai pas la prochaine fois sur france xénon je suis déçu

Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre retour, il faut contacter le SAV du site dans ces cas, ils auraient trouvé une solution à votre problème, peut être un problème sur un lot, une série car depuis 2009 que nous commercialisons ce produit nous n'avons pas eu de retour négatif dessus, cependant si nous ne sommes pas prévenus nous ne pouvons pas mettre en place d'actions correctives.
