Express delivery for the next day at your home or at a relay point
Do you live in mainland France (excluding Corsica) and would like to receive your order urgently? It's possible ! Simply place your order before 3 p.m., and choose the “Chronopost” transport method. Your order will be delivered to you the next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Your telephone number is left for the delivery person to call you if he cannot find your address. In the event of your absence, a delivery notice is left and you can choose re-delivery or delivery to a parcel relay.
We also offer next day delivery to a parcel relay point with Chronopost. The list of relay points near you will be offered to you when choosing the carrier.
Fast delivery in 48 hours to your home or to a relay point & PickUp Station
Choose the Colissimo option to receive your package within 48 hours, by placing your order before 3 p.m. You are free to receive the package at the address of your choice, or at a relay point! The list of the closest relay points as well as their opening hours will be communicated to you when choosing the carrier.
For delivery to a relay point, the distance with your address is communicated to you. Many local shops are relay points. Withdrawal is made against signature.
For delivery to PickUp Station
You can choose to have it delivered to a Pickup Station to benefit from greater freedom. In fact, some stations are located in train stations and shopping centers, which offers you greater flexibility and autonomy in collecting your package.
The PickUp Stations will be offered to you in the Point Relais Colissimo delivery method.
Important: you have 3 days to collect your package, after this time your package will be returned to us.
